Aamir Khan's PK sparks controversy on SM, divides Indian tweeps
Rajkumar Hirani kicks the bomb by questioning cinegoers' religious beliefs "from an alien's eye"
LAHORE: (Web Desk) – Aamir Khan starrer PK has sparked controversy in India as the movie discusses the beliefs of cinegoers. While the society stands divided on the movie, same trend was seen being followed by the social media in India.
While a section of the society strongly condemned the movie and the director of the movie, Aamir’s fans and the liberal Indian cinegoers liked the concept and went against the narrow-mindedness.
On twitter, a war of trends was on display as the anti-PK tweeps called for boycotting the movie by trending #BoycottPK while the pro-PK side tweeted #WeSupportPK
Tweets from both sides definitely show both sides of the picture.
The main argument against the movie was that raised by Indian cricketer Ravindra Jadeja fan in this tweet..
