OKARA (Dunya News) – Police on Sunday claimed to have eliminated three hardcore robbers complicit in 115 cases of heinous crimes, Dunya News reported.

According to police, the suspected bandits were killed in exchange of fire with a police part, who gave them a signal to stop for checking.

They, instead of complying with the police order, resorted to straight firing at law enforcers, who retaliated in a befitting manner and killed them.

The alleged robbers committed crimes in Kasur, Lahore, Pakpattan and other districts of Punjab. Their bodies were sent to hospital for medicolegal procedures. Weapons, CNICs, and snatched cash were recovered from them further investigation was under way.

TEN INJURED IN RIVALS’ FIRING

In Hyderabad, ten persons were injured in an exchange of fire between two groups over a land dispute. The incident took place in Bhatt Shah. The injured were admitted to hospital. Having being informed, police scrambled to the crime scene and started investigation, looking at different angles to reach out to the fleeing perpetrators.
