KARACHI (Dunya News) – Vehicle of MQM leader Haider Abbas Rizvi was snatched from his driver outside a private hospital in Gulshan-e-Iqbal police jurisdiction here on Wednesday night.
Police have registered a case and started investigation.
According to the FIR, Haider Abbas Rizvi’s son went to a private hospital to see his friend, leaving the driver and the vehicle outside the building.
When he returned, he was told by his driver that some unidentified people snatched the vehicle from him at gunpoint.
The driver told the police that the outlaws took him with them and later they dropped him in a distance, and escaped with the vehicle.
According to the police, the vehicle was registered in Islamabad, and a search operation had been launched to find the clue to the vehicle and the snatchers.
