MULTAN (Dunya News) - Robbers shot and killed the security guard of a pharmacy and escaped after looting cash and valuables in Multan on Thursday.
Three masked robbers tried to barge into the medical store near MDA chowk. Upon realising the gravity of situation, the security guard tried to intercept the robbers who shot him down.
The suspects then entered the shop and took away cash and mobile phones. Local traders gathered on the spot, lodged protest and demanded safe business environment to get their businesses running.
Police arrived at the crime scene afterwards, collected evidence and shifted the body for autopsy. Officials assured the local traders for speedy arrest of the runaway suspects and improve security of the area.
