Man sent to three years in jail for torturing neighbors by making horse noises
(Dunya News) – A Russian man has been sentenced to three years in jail after he continuously tortured his neighbours by making horse noises at night.
47-year-old Yuri Kondratyev used to make horse sound for two hours every night to disrupt the sleep of his neighbors.
The irked locals made as many as 80 complaints before the police after which Kondratyev was taken into custody.
