PTI stands by legal fraternity in its constitutional and legal battle, says Dr Saif
PESHAWAR (Dunya News) - Barrister Dr Saif, the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa chief minister’s aide on information, has said that the Pakistan Tehreeke-e-Insaf stands by the legal fraternity in their constitutional and legal battle.
In a statement on Thursday, Saif, while condemning the police violence on lawyers in Lahore, said that the Punjab government had resorted to ulterior tactics but the PTI was standing by lawyers in their constitutional and legal battle.
He noted that protests in the streets of Lahore had become a regular feature, adding that lawyers were also on target in the Form 47.
Barrister Saif said that whoever cheated from the lawyers' community was gone, the last time of the Form 47 government had also arrived.
