Soldier martyred in gun battle with terrorists in Miranshah

MIRANSHAH (Dunya News) – A solider embraced martyrdom after terrorists opened fire on security forces in the Miranshah area of Khyhber Pakhtunkhwa, the military media wing said on Thursday.

In a statement, Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR) said that a terrorist, was also killed in the fire exchange. The security forces acted on secret information in Miranshah area of North Waziristan district of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, the statement said.

According to the statement, one terrorist was killed during the exchange of fire between security forces and terrorists. Sepoy Ansar Ali was martyred in the exchange of fire with the terrorists. 30-year-old soldier Ansar Ali belongs to Narowal.

According to ISPR, weapons and ammunition were recovered from the terrorist who was killed during the fight with the security forces. While the terrorist was involved in attacks on security forces.
