KP CM announces 25 percent pay hike for govt employees
Mahmood Khan announces to increase the minimum wage of labourers from 17,000 to 21,000.
PESHAWAR (Dunya News) – Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Chief Minister Mehmood Khan on Wednesday announced a 25 percent increase in the salaries of government employees ahead of budget.
In a statement issued on Wednesday, the KP CM also announced to increase the minimum wage of labourers from 17,000 to 21,000.
It is pertinent here to mention that in the last budget, the provincial government had not increased the salaries of government employees.
