MANDI BAHAUDDIN: Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) vice president Maryam Nawaz while addressing a public meeting in Mandi Bahauddin in the wee hours of Monday severely criticized Prime Minister Imran Khan and demanded his resignation.

She said that the PM Imran cannot hide his incompetency behind accountability of his opponents. She said that her father was ousted from power for demanding civilian supremacy in the country.

She claimed that Accountability Court Judge Arshad Malik s video proves that her father was innocent. She said that today Nawaz Sharif stands vindicated in front of 22 billion people of Pakistan.

The PML-N vice president said that she wasn t allowed to hold public meeting at the Quaid-e-Azam Ground but she addressed public gatherings at several places today (Sunday) en-route to Mandi Bahauddin.

Maryam Nawaz said that it took her 50 minutes to reach the stage from her car because the venue of the public meeting was jam-packed. She said that she left Lahore for Mandi Bahauddin at 3:00pm on July 7 and reached the city at 01:00am on July 8. She thanked the people of Mandi Bahauddin for making the public meeting a success.
