Summary CJP Iftikhar Muhammad Chaudhry said that dispense of justice to the people was a big challenge.
Addressing the National Judicial Policy Committee, Chief Justice of Pakistan (CJP) said that access to justice for all and dispense of free, fair and expeditious justice to all was the main goal of the free judiciary. He said that corruption from lower courts should be ended. He maintained that the courts were dispensing justice independently and without any discrimination.The meeting was attended by chief justices of provincial high courts, Islamabad High Court chief, Secretary Law and justice commission. The chief stated that judiciary was struggling for improvement in justice system and provision of inexpensive and expeditious justice to the masses at their doorstep.
