Green Line train collides with freight train at Lahore Railway Station
Four bogies of Green Line train were derailed in the accident but all the passengers remained safe.
LAHORE (Dunya News) - Green Line train travelling to Islamabad from Karachi collided with a stationary freight train at the Lahore Railway Station on Tuesday, Dunya News reported.
Four bogies of the Green Line train were derailed in the accident but all the passengers remained safe. According to Divisional Superintendent Lahore, the track was cleared for all kind of railway traffic after the relief operation.
Meanwhile, Federal Railway Minister Khawaja Saad Rafique took notice of the accident and ordered railway authorities to carry out investigation.
