Summary Observance of Condemnation day, declaring Burhan Wani as martyr open war against India: application

AMBALA (Dunya News) – An Indian court in the city of Ambala on Wednesday approved the hearing of an application filed against Prime Minister (PM) Nawaz Sharif and Kashmiri separatist leaders, reported Dunya News.

The application which contained articles related to treason, was filed by an organisation named Anti-Terrorist Front India.

It was mentioned in the application that the declaring of extremist named Burhan Wani, who was killed in the occupied valley by Indian forces, as a martyr and the observance of a Condemnation day in Pakistan were indications of open war against India.

The court approved the hearing of the application whereas the case shall be heard again on July 25.
