Summary It will be impossible to hold anyone accountable excluding PM
ISLAMABAD (Dunya News) – Opposition has demanded formation of a 3-member judicial commission headed by Chief Justice to probe Panama Leaks case, reported Dunya News on Wednesday.
Chief Justice Anwar Zaheer Jamali will retire on December 30, 2016 and Justice Saqib Nisar will hold CJ’s office.
In this way, the commission formed as per opposition’s demand will not have any legal value after December while opposition itself has mentioned in the proposed TORs that Prime Minister’s (PM) should be held accountable within 3 months while 1 year has been proposed for other people.
In other words, it will be impossible to hold anyone accountable excluding PM.
