IHC dismisses plea to include Ayyan Ali's name in ECL

ISLAMABAD (Dunya News) – Islamabad High Court (IHC) on Friday dismissed plea to include Ayyan Ali’s name in Exit Contro List (ECL) due to incomplete documents, Dunya News reported.

The hearing was conducted by Justice Noor-ul-Haq Qureshi on the petition filed by Arshad Mehmood Butt in which he adopted the stance that the court should direct the Interior Ministry to include Ayyan Ali’s name in ECL.

The judge stated that the petitioner is not the aggrieved party and therefore; do not possess the right to file the plea whereas no custom and income tax documents are attached with the petition.
