KARACHI (Dunya News) – Sindh Minister for Information and Local Government Sharjeel Inaam Memon on Sunday has stated that water distribution system would surely overcome the water scarcity in Karachi, Dunya News reported.
While talking to the media in Karachi, Sharjeel Memon assured to dispatch 1000 water tankers annually to the affected areas whereas he has also pledged to supply 3000 tankers during Ramadan month.
He further revealed that the water deficiency in the metropolis has escalated to 45 crore gallon.
Moreover, information minister said that the government has allotted land to initiate project to eradicate water crisis.
