According to the details, the private tankers owners are selling water on self-set price.
Due to lack of rainfall the water level in Hub dam has decreased resulting in a reduction 10 crore gallon water per year.
Gulistan Johar, New Karachi, FC Area, Baldia Town, Site area, Orangi Town, Landhi, Korangi, Khokhrapar, Malir, Lines Area, Manghopir and several other areas are facing the issue for at least one month.
However, the Water Board tankers are struggling to meet the residents’ requirements.
