PESHAWAR (Dunya News) – Injured student, Ahmad Nawaz, of Army Public School, Peshawar got his British visa on Friday; advisor to Prime Minister Dr Musadik Malik handed the passports and visas over to Ahmad’s father.
The Federal government took notice of the report of APS victim, Ahmad Nawaz, aired on Dunya News and announced to send him abroad for medical treatment.
Ahmad would be treated at Queen Elizabeth Hospital while the Federal government has already transferred more than Rs 30 million to the hospital.
The visas were issued to Ahmad Nawaz, his father Muhammad Nawaz, his mother and younger brother.
Advisor to PM assured that government will bear all the treatment charges and will also extend his visa, in case the treatment prolongs.
Malik said investigation of Peshawar attack was underway and will soon yield results.
