Summary Musharraf's priority is to leave country and so he would, if Federal government permits, says Memon.

KARACHI (Dunya News) – Minister Information Sindh Sharjeel Memon on Friday said senate elections would prove to be surprising adding that they were in contact with all political parties and all the names for the elections will be put forward.

Talking to the media before the Sindh Assembly’s session, he told that Tariq Arain was a respectable member and has no corruption charges in his name.

Recruitments in Sindh police department were being carried out on merit; anyone who asserts otherwise may challenge them in the court, he added. Memon said accusations were nothing new to politics and that entire focus of Sindh government was concentrated on ensuring law and order.

He further stated that former President and All Pakistan Muslim League (APML) chief General (retd) Pervez Musharraf’s priority was to leave the country and so he would, if Federal government permits.
