Attorney General Latif Khosa says that Federal Government will not request the Supreme Court (SC) to start hearing the petition filed by Air Marshal (r) Asgher Khan. Talking to the media at the SC Khosa maintained that it was of no use to reopen the matters of bygone days. Pakistan Peoples Party (PPP) will not request the SC to start hearing the petition on accusations that intelligence agencies provided politicians with money, Khosa asserted. A petition by Mr. Khan is pending with the SC since many years. A day earlier, PPP leader Fauzia Wahab had urged that Chief Justice Iftikhar Muhammad Chuadhary should hear the petition.
