Summary Pakistan Railways launches its first Eid special train from Lahore, with four special trains scheduled nationwide to facilitate holiday travelers ahead of Eid-ul-Fitr 2026.
]LAHORE (Dunya News) — Pakistan Railways’ first Eid special train departed from Lahore at 7:30 pm on Monday. The train is scheduled to reach Karachi Cantonment at 3:45 pm on Tuesday.
For Eid, Pakistan Railways has arranged four special trains:
Second train: Quetta to Rawalpindi, departing March 17 at 10:00 am, arriving March 18 at 4:30 pm.
Third train: Karachi City to Peshawar Cantonment, departing March 17 at 7:00 pm, arriving March 19 at 5:00 am.
Fourth train: Karachi Cantonment to Lahore, departing March 18 at 7:30 pm, arriving March 19 at 5:30 pm.
