ISLAMABAD (Dunya News) – Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) has welcomed the announcement of a two-week ceasefire between the United States and Iran.
In an official statement, PTI expressed hope that both sides would fully adhere to the terms of the ceasefire, emphasizing that such measures could pave the way for lasting peace and stability in the region.
The party reiterated its stance in favour of dialogue over conflict, highlighting that war only brings destruction and the loss of innocent lives.
PTI also thanked all mediators involved in facilitating the ceasefire and urged all stakeholders to continue working towards a durable solution to ensure regional security.
