DJAKARTA: (Web Desk) – 146th birthday of the world’s most elderly person Mbah Gotho was celebrated on the last day of 2016. Mbah Gotho is Indonesia national and is the oldest man on Earth. He was born on December 31, 1870.
According to the official documents, this man was born in a small village of Indonesia in 1870. Having survived his siblings, wives and kids, Mbah Gotho celebrated his birthday with his great grand children. Various members of his family and the neighbours also celebrated his birthday. Reports claim that Gotho extinguished all the candles lit on the occasion in just one blow.
In an interview to the local media in August last year, Gotho said that he was desperate to die. When asked about the secret of his long life, Mbah Gotho said that patience was his biggest secret.
Indonesia’s official date confirms Mbah Gotho’s birth documents. The oldest person on Earth said that he was desperately waiting for death since 1992 and has a gravestone ready too but he is still alive after 24 years.
