Sindh govt decided to give Deputy Commissioners and Assistant Commissioners powers of magistrates.

Sind Minister for Law Ayyaz Somro said this while visiting the Sindh Government Press at Governor House and said that a separate bill would be presented in the next session of the Assembly.He justified that it had been done in accordance with articles of the Constitution, adding that stern action would be taken against the people violating the procedure.
