Prime minister says judiciary and army cannot be criticised under Article 63 of the Constitution.

Prime Minister Yousaf Raza Gilani on Thursday said that Rangers personnel involved in the killing of a man in Karachi would be proceeded against in accordance with the law.Speaking on the floor of the house, the prime minister said that the Karachi incident was a matter of concern for the entire nation.He assured the house that he would keep a close eye on the investigation of the incident, and that the accused would be brought to justice.He said that foul language should not be used against any institution. Under article 63, judiciary and army could not be criticised, he said.The prime minister also ordered that petrol supply should be improved across the country and fault in Attock refinery should be removed.
