Abbottabad operation challenged in LHC

Ishtiaq Chaudhry Advocate filed a plea in LHC stating the Abbottabad operation was against Pakistan’s sovereignty and right of self determination. Law should take its course against those responsible, it said. It was also prayed the nation had not been taken into confidence in this regard. The government still didn’t inform the nation how Osama was killed, it added. Ministry of Defence, Interior Ministry, Foreign Office, and Information Ministry have been made respondents.
