PM Nawaz has deputed the task of dealing with the matter to Interior Minister Chaudhary Nisar
KARACHI (Dunya News) – Chief Minister (CM) Qaim Ali Shah voiced his concerns over the current state of affairs to Prime Minister (PM) Nawaz Sharif during his visit to Karachi on Thursday. Among the complaints CM Sindh had were the cases lodged against government officers by Federal Investigation Agency (FIA) and National Accountability Bureau (NAB), reported Dunya News.
CM Sindh compared the raids conducted by FIA and NAB to ‘attack on Sindh’. Qaim Ali Shah said that government officers are very upset due to which work is being affected adding that it looked as if all the corruption is being done in Sindh.
PM Nawaz has deputed the task of dealing with the matter to Interior Minister Chaudhary Nisar who has assured CM Sindh that FIA will not take further action without the CM’s approval.
