PM Nawaz met with delegation of a Chinese company in PM House
ISLAMABAD (Dunya News) – Prime Minister (PM) Nawaz Sharif said on Tuesday he is determined to put an end to electricity crisis. He said that foreign companies working on power projects will be fully facilitated, reported Dunya News.
PM Nawaz met with delegation of a Chinese company in PM House in Islamabad.
According to Spokesperson PM House, the Chinese company expressed interest in working on power projects such as LNG and coal projects in the country.
The Chinese company is currently working on hydro-power projects in Pakistan.
Talking at the occasion, PM Nawaz expressed belief that government will increase its power output and bring the electricity crisis to an end adding that foreign companies working on power projects will be facilitated.
Federal Minister for Power and Water Khawaja Asif, Secretary Power and Water Ministry Younis Dhaga and Chairman Water and Power Development Authority (WAPDA) Zafar Mehmood also took part in the meeting.
