PTI's tsunami to hit Sindh on Jan 6: Imran Khan
PTI chief Imran Khan pointed out printing of currency notes as one of the reasons of inflation.
LAHORE (Dunya News) - Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaaf chairman Imran Khan said his party choked Nato supply in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa to send America a clear message against drones, adding that his party never wanted to have a war with the US.
Addressing a massive rally, Imran Khan asked Nawaz Sharif to take a stand on drone strikes in the country.
Blaming PPP and PML-N, Imran pointed out printing of currency notes as one of the reasons of inflation.
He said inflation is always high in countries whose affluent class doesn’t pay taxes.
Highlighting corruption in the country, Cricketer turned politician urged PML-N led government to take action against mafias.
Imran said his party accepted the results of the general elections for the sake of country. He also said that transparent accountability would be held in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.
Hundreds of PTI workers gathered at Nasir Bagh of Lahore on the call of Imran Khan on Sunday.
PTI chief announced to stage another rally against inflation in Sindh and Rawalpindi on 6 and 24 January next year.
Awami Muslim League (AML) chief Sheikh Rasheed and Jamaat-e-Islami Ameer Munawar Hassan also addressed the rally.
