(Web Desk) – While the Supreme Court’s verdict disqualifying Nawaz Sharif from the premiership of the country has left the country in a state of political uncertainty, it seems to have provided a musical inspiration to the streaming website Patari, which came out with its Panama verdict playlist on Friday.

The playlist titled ‘NS – Panama: When Panama’s pajama gets too tight’ includes 13 tracks that had been compiled by the team after the SC’s decision. The list includes a mix of songs by artists including the likes of Aamir Zaki, Sajjad Ali and Faakhir. Songs including, ‘Chief Saab’, ‘Chor’, ‘Jhoot ki Loot’, ‘Money’ and ‘O Sheeday’ were part of the playlist that made its way amid heightened political crisis in the country.

The posts on the playlists which generated an engagement of around 800 people on their Facebook page also witnessed some people complaining about the absence of their fabourite ‘corruption’ songs. “Why is Mr Fraudiye not on this list?” asked one user with another user pointing out that without Shehzad Roy’s single ‘Laga Reh’, the ‘political list’ was incomplete.

But as if that wasn t enough, Patari also took to delaying the release of the fourth episode of Fanoos – its project featuring musical compilations from all corners of the country in the wake of the Panama verdict. The 6-epsiode project has so far released three episodes featuring musical compilations in collaboration with Zohaib Kazi and the Bulbulik School, Akhtar Chanal and Riaz Qadri.

Lately, while the Sharif s family s case over the Panama scandal had received widespread media coverage, it had also provided an apt opportunity for companies and social media marketeers to design heir marketing campaigns surrounding the latest updates in the case. The Calibri font controversy involving documents provided in the Panama case proceedings by the Sharif family had also become the centre of numerous marketing campaigns.
