Deepika Padukone gets body shamed on social media for posting
The Indian public did not take Deepika's photo shoot well.
(Web Desk) - World renowned Bollywood actress, Deepika Padukone is being constantly trolled and body shamed on social media after the 31-year-old posted a controversial photo on Instagram yesterday. The photo that went viral within minutes after being posted online, shows the actress posing for a photo shoot in a revealing two-piece white attire.
This is not the first time that an Indian actress has been body shamed on social media. Fellow actress, Priyanka Chopra, was also accused of “showing too much skin” during a public meeting with Prime Minister Modi earlier.
The Bajirao Mastaani star started getting bashed mercilessly on social media minutes after posting the photograph on her instagram account.

Angered fans didn’t hold back from expressing their views on the 31-year-old’s attire. Majority of the people targeted the actress’s look and complexion in the most sexist way possible.
One of the enraged fans had this to say: What is she waering?? Looks like diapers." Another one commented: "You have completely lost yourself. Remember you are an Indian girl, save this pic for the bedroom."
The others had nothing less to say either.
