TEHRAN (Dunya News) - Iranian President Masoud Pezeshkian has said that no country can be forced to surrender through aircraft, bombing and military pressure.

In a statement, President Pezeshkian said Iran should move beyond the current "neither war nor peace" situation prevailing in the region, while emphasizing that war is certainly not in the country's interest.

He stated that if any country violates Iran’s dignity, territory, or borders, the Iranian nation will never surrender.

He added that the killing of Iranian commanders is unacceptable and cannot be met with silence.

Referring to Gaza, the Iranian president said that despite its limited geographical size, the territory has not been forced to surrender even after years of conflict.

Therefore, he argued, the United States and Israel would likewise be unable to compel Iran to capitulate.

Pezeshkian further said that air power and bombing alone cannot force a nation into submission, stressing that the determination and resistance of people cannot be eliminated through the use of force.
