If he visits just two more nations then he will be second PM of claimed largest democracy of the world to have visited most foreign nations since the 113 nations visited by late PM Indira Gandhi.

Hitherto, Indian PM, according to indiatoday, has spent mammoth amount INR 2021 crore during his stay in office which is higher than any other PM s visit. In 4 years and 7 months, Bharatiya Janata Party leader has visited 92 nations (including repeated visits) as the PM of India.

Best use of national exchequer can be asked by Mr. Modi who s foreign trip are more expensive than all other PMs in the history of India. So, to claim that PM Modi has made trip around the globe, it will not wrong.

According to the data provided by the minister in Rajya Sabha, the most expensive chartered flight was during Modi s 9-day visit to France, Germany and Canada (April 9 to April 17, 2015) at Rs 31.25 crore. The chartered flight to Myanmar, Australia and Fiji (November 11 to November 20, 2014) was the secondmost expensive trip at Rs 22.58 crore.



If Modi is compared to former Indain PM Manmohan Singh, he has clocked the most expensive tour during 4 years and 7 moths. The whopping cost of his visit to Mexico and Brazil (June 16 to June 23, 2012) for the G-20 and Rio+20 summits was Rs 26.94 crore.



However, the amount which the country spends only on maintenance of the aircraft, chartered flights and hotline facilities (not including the cost of hotels and other overheads for the PM entourage) during the prime ministers  foreign visits is added, PM Modi s visits to these 92 nations comes at a cost of whopping Rs 2,021 crore.
