At least 15 people were killed while 48 others were injured in the when the driver of a bus in the Philippines smashed into a concrete wall in an attempt to avoid hitting bystanders.The incident took place in the central island of Ceb when the brakes of bus carrying factory workers to their homes when the failed and it got out of control.It is pertinent to mention that road accidents and crashes are common in the Philippines.
