Babri Masjid demolition case: Indian SC issues notices to BJP leaders
The court has issued notice to BJP leader L K Advani, 19 others.
(Web Desk) - The Supreme Court of India on Tuesday issued notices to Bharatiya Janata Party leader L.K. Advani and others on a plea against dropping off conspiracy charges against them in the Babri Masjid demolition case, the Press Trust of India reported.
Apart from Mr. Advani, notice have been issued to senior BJP leader Murli Manohar Joshi and Union Minister for Water Resources Uma Bharti and former Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Kalyan Singh.
The apex court granted four weeks time to the Central Bureau of Investigation and others to respond to the plea in the case.
