Indian Army Chief blames Pakistan expanding nuclear program
After blaming China of airspace violation, Indian Army Chief General Deepak Kapoor has accused Pakistan of expanding its nuclear program secretly. Talking to the media in New Delhi he claimed that Pakistani atomic program had crossed the degree of deterrence. The Indian Army Chief indicted Pakistan of using War on Terror aid for upgrading the atomic program. General maintained India was anxious on Pakistans expansion of its nuclear program.
