More than PKR250,000 fine for disturbing employees during holidays
(Web Desk) – An Indian technology company introduced a policy to secure its employees’ mental peace while on holidays.
Dream 11 introduced a “Dream 11 unplug” policy that restricts the company’s employees, not to mention seniors, to send work-related emails, calls, or messages to their colleagues on holidays as it can disturb their peace of mind. The company allows it employees one-week off per year from working schedule.
If anyone is found disturbing them, he will be slapped with a fine of US$1200.
