WhatsApp says users end-to-end encryption will never change

LAHORE (Web Desk) - In an attempt to regain the trust of users, WhatsApp has emphasized that the conversation of users on the platform will remain protected and assured that it will never change.
The messaging app, in a tweet on its official account, “Whatever you share on WhatsApp, stays between you. That’s because your personal messages are protected by end-to-end encryption and that will never change.”
According to WhatsApp, when end-to-end encrypted, messages, photos, videos, voice messages, documents, status updates and calls are secured from falling into the wrong hands.
To verify that a chat is end-to-end encrypted:
-Open the chat.
-Tap on the name of the contact to open the contact info screen.
-Tap Encryption to view the QR code and 60-digit number
