Facebook management agrees to share data with FIA
ISLAMABAD (Dunya News) – The Federal Investigation Agency (FIA) has made an important breakthrough towards eradicating crimes on social media as Facebook management has agreed to share data with FIA Cybercrime Wing.
FIA has started taking new measures to ensure cyber security of social media users with Facebook administration agreeing to share its data with FIA Cybercrime wing in a bid to control online crimes.
The Facebook expert team also agreed to expedite the investigation of cyber crimes. Director Cyber Crime Wing Amir Farooqi and Additional Director Abdul Qadir Qamar made the agreement with representatives of Facebook.
