Associates delighted on ICC committee recommendations

The two-day meeting insured participation of associate members in 2015 World Cup.

ICC committee held a meeting under the chairmanship of former West Indies captain Clive Lloyd at The Lords to review the April 4 decision to restrict 2015 World Cup to 10 full members. The committee proposed that the ICC board should scrap its controversial move.The ICCs cricket committee also unanimously recommended the use of the Decision Review System (DRS) in all Tests and also said it should be used in one-day internationals and Twenty20.The committee also asked the member boards to use pink balls in domestic day/night first class cricket.Final decision on these recommendations will be taken in the next ICC meeting to be held in Hong Kong.
