SAF game: Pakistan Hockey White win gold medal

Pakistan came from behind to overpower arch-rival India and secured gold medal at SAF games in Dhaka.India closed the first half with a lead of 1-0. During the second half Wasif Saddique scored the equalizer for Pakistan. The match ended in 1-1 stalemate in regulation and extra time. Finally the match was to be decided on penalty shootout.Pakistan won the penalty shootout 4-3. The victory meant a sweet revenge for Pakistan after they suffered a massive 1-5 loss to India in the league round.
