LAHORE (Dunya News) – Punjab Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz Sharif has announced the completion of the Ahmadpur East to Bahawalpur ML-1 road project.
In a message shared on the social media platform 'X,' the chief minister stated: "Alhamdulillah, the Ahmadpur East Flyover, constructed on the Ahmadpur East to Bahawalpur ML-1 route, has been completed."
She added that the project includes a 4.5-kilometer road and a 2,500-foot-long flyover, which will benefit traffic entering the city.

The provincial chief executive further noted that the project will particularly facilitate residents from areas such as Uch Sharif, Kotla Musa Khan, Chowk Bhatta, and Mehmood Shaheed. Additionally, it connects Ahmadpur East city to the Ahmadpur East Jhangra Interchange Road, providing direct access to the M-5 Motorway at Jhangra for travelers.
