Special court has reserved judgment on Hajj corruption case till January 4.
Special judge Khalid Shabbir conducted hearing on the petition filed for bail of accused ex-joint secretary for religious affairs Raja Aftabul Islam.The counsel for accused Advocate Ahmad Gondal argued that his client is innocent as no concrete evidence could be found against him.At the completion of arguments, the court has reserved the judgment which would be announced on January 4.It is worth mentioning that the accused Raja Aftabul Islam is accused of embezzlement in dealing of buildings for pilgrims in Saudi Arabia.Moreover, Ex-Federal Minister Hamid Saeed Kazmi and DG Hajj Rao Shakeel have not been granted bail till now.
