Terrorists ringleader, two others killed in Swat IBO involved in attack on foreign diplomats

One injured terrorist has been arrested.
SWAT (Dunya News) - Law enforcement agencies (LEA) have killed Kharji terrorists ringleader Attaullah alias Mehran andtwo others kharji in an intelligence based operation (IBO) in Charbagh area of district Swat in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.
In a statement issued by ISPR, it was mentioned that LEA conducted joint operation between night of Oct 3 and Oct 5 on the information of intelligence.
In an intense exchange of fire, Kharji ring leader Attaullah and two other kharji were detonated while one injured Kharji was arrested.
Ring leader Attaullah was involved in terrorism activities in the area.
He was involved in a police van attack with an IED bomb carrying foreign diplomats’ convoy on September 22, 2024.
The attack on the police van killed one security officer and injured others while foreign diplomats remained safe.
Military’s media wing, ISPR stated that security forces along with LEA were committed to end the scourge of terrorism.
ISPR stressed that the clearance operation would continue till the complete elimination of terrorists present in any place.
