He shares his opinion on Dunya TV programme 'ON THE FRONT'
LAHORE (Dunya News) - Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf leader Ahmed Awais has stressed that the government should tell the nation about the constitutional amendment bill and why it is in a hurry to get it passed.
Speaking at Dunya TV programme 'ON THE FRONT', Ahmed Awais said Pakistan's economy was collapsing and in these circumstances the government had brought the bill.
“It should tell the nation about the constitutional amendment bill. Even on holiday, Parliament House was open,” the PTI leader said.
“It is important that Pakistan and its constitution should live long no matter we live or not,” he said.
“Constitutional amendment bill is not the problem of the PTI but it concerns the whole of Pakistan. Why the government is bringing this constitutional package.
“Today we are here and tomorrow we will not be here. But the country and its constitution have to live.
“But the people do not know what the government wants to do,” the PTI leader said.
