ISLAMABAD (Dunya News) – The district and sessions court Islamabad on Tuesday rejected the plea to further extend the physical remand of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) Information Secretary Raoof Hassan.

After completion of an extended two-day physical remand, Hassan was produced in the court of Judicial Magistrate Shabbir Bhatti.

FIA Prosecutor Sheikh Amir argued that a technical report had been received, which showed that all the accused are connected with each other. He also requested the court to extend the physical remand by five more days.

The defence counsel, Barrister Ali Zafar, argued that the accused had been on a physical remand for seven days. He told the judicial magistrate that Hassan was not feeling well and demand his checkup.
