ISLAMABAD (Dunya News) – The Islamabad High Court has accepted the plea for shifting PTI founder Imran Khan and Bushra Bibi’s Nikkah case to another court.
The IHC has shifted the case to the court of Additional District and Sessions Judge Muhammad Afzal Majuka.
Earlier, District and Sessions Judge Shahrukh Arjumand, in a letter, requested the IHC to transfer the case to another judge as he could not announce the verdict due to a lack of trust by petitioner Khawar Maneka.
