The notification to appoint Additional Attorney General KK Agha as prosecutor general NAB has been issued.

Talking to media outside Supreme Court, KK Agha said that Supreme Court asked him to argue on behalf of the federation in NRO review petition and he did not think it suitable to hold the office of Prosecutor General without court’s approval.
