Mirza meets Afaq, terms him leader of oppressed nationality

Zulfiqar Mirza has said that MQM Haqiqi chief is a real leader of the oppressed community.

Former Sindh Home Minister Zulfiqar Mirza met Mohajir Quami Movement Haqiqi Chief Afaq Ahmed in the Sindh High Court premises on Tuesday and discussed current politic situation in the country with focus on Sindh.Talking to the media after the meeting, Mirza said that all the PPP workers except some of its leaders were supporting him. Soon, “PPP Chairman (Bilawal) and Co-chairman (Zardari) would be standing beside me,” he added.“Once I had said in Sindh Governor House that I would be arrested during my own government, today I have come to the court to practice stair-climbing as inmates are not provided facility of elevator,” he added. Mirza stated that his father was a judge but he wanted to be presented before as an accused.“I am going to London without any fear,” and added that he had come to meet Afaq to show solidarity with him as he was leader of an oppressed nationality.Mirza said that Shah Mahmood Qureshi is a spiritual leader of millions of people.The former minister said that he had been seeing Imran Khan delivering a ‘bouncer’ and hitting ‘six’ but would not go with him as Khan would be caught out on the boundary line.
