Fire reduces cloth shop to ashes in Ferozewala

Valuables worth millions of rupees were reduced to ashes by the fire.
FEROZEWALA (Dunya News) - A fire broke out in a cloth shop situated in the basement of a plaza on Lajpat Road in Ferozewala, a city of Sheikhupura district in the Punjab province, on Sunday night, Dunya News reported.
The blaze spread and engulfed the entire cloth shop very quickly. Fire brigade vehicles and rescue teams reached the spot after being informed and brought the fire under control after a hectic effort.
According to rescue sources, the fire erupted due to a short-circuit. Rescue sources also informed that no casualty was reported in the incident. However, valuables worth millions of rupees were reduced to ashes by the fire.
