LAHORE (Dunya News) - The Chairman of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI), Imran Khan, on Sunday announced that he would be making changes to his security personnel due to heightened security risks.
The decision was made in light of recent events that have raised concerns about Mr. Khan's safety. New gaurds would be added to his security squad.
Interviews for the new security team were conducted today (Sunday) at Zaman Park, with the security head of former Prime Minister Imran Khan overseeing the process.
The PTI chairman expressed his concerns about the increasing risk of potential murderous attacks against him, prompting the need for a new security detail.
